| Nature of Business | The Zenith Equity Fund is an open-ended unit trust scheme that invests predominantly in equities in Nigeria as well as i n investment grade fixed-income securities. The Fund is not a legal entity but is constituted and exists under the Tru s t Deed. The Trustee, who shall be vested with all the assets of the Fund, shall protect the interest of Investors. Du ring the Offer Period, Units in the Fund may be purchased at the Subscription Price. Subsequent to the Offer Perio d, add itional Units in the Fund will be created and purchased on demand by subscribers on an on-going basis at a price com pute d in accordance with the SEC’s approved basis for computing the Offer Price. Investors will be free to sub scrib e to Units of the Fund through Zenith Bank Plc or any other Agent approved by the Fund Manager from time to time after the IP O. Therefore, although the Fund has an initial target of 500,000,000 Units, the Fund Manager will issue ad ditiona l units of the Fund to subscribers on demand after the initial tranche of 500,000,000 Units has been fully subs cribed, subject to the Commission’s approval. |
